I ordered some invites from Papier and they looked fine when they arrived, just not quite as special as I was expecting. The paper had a nice feel, but for the price, I sort of had the gut reaction that it should’ve felt a bit more premium.

Delivery also took longer than what I was shown at checkout, which was frustrating. Customer service did reply, but it felt slow and didn’t really leave me feeling any better about the whole thing. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good discount.

So, the notebook was close to what I expected. It looked mostly like the pictures, and the text was printed correctly, which was nice. The colors were just… a little more dull than I thought they’d be. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I kind of expected it to match a bit better. Overall, it’s okay, just not totally perfect

I got this as a little present for my sister and she really liked it. Compared to the usual gift cards or candles everyone seems to give, it felt a bit more thoughtful without being over the top

I don’t remember every little detail about them, but I do remember thinking they looked nicer than I expected for what I paid. Definitely felt worth the price.

So... I used a 15% off code on some invitations and it did save me a little, which was nice. I just wish the offers lasted longer because you kind of have to catch them at the right time.

Papier does have some really lovely designs, browsing the site was enjoyable. There’s clearly a decent amount of care put into how everything looks, which I appreciate.
That said, after a while a lot of the designs started to feel similar to me. I did find something in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would be nice to see a bit more variety, especially for people who want something simpler and less fancy

I found the website frustrating, honestly. It was hard to find what I needed, and I kept clicking around and around without getting anywhere. Just not very easy to navigate

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with chasing down my order, so I was relieved it showed up faster than expected. The only thing I wish was better was the tracking, since it didn’t update much and left me wondering what was going on.

I really like that there are plenty of options to personalize everything and make it feel more like my own. It was easy to customize overall, though I did have to poke around a bit to find a couple of settings. Once I got the hang of it, though, it worked well and I’m happy with the result

Ordered the wrong planner size. My mistake. The return page was simple to follow, and the refund came through faster than I expected. No emails. No chasing. Really easy overall. I’d order again

I ordered a photo book from Papier.com after finally getting around to sorting through a bunch of photos, and I was pleased when it arrived. The paper had a nice feel to it, and the pictures looked sharp and clear, definitely not that cheap, fuzzy print quality you sometimes worry about with online orders.

The only small thing I noticed was that a few of the photos came out a little darker than they looked on my screen. Nothing major, and they still looked good in the book, but next time I’d probably brighten them up slightly before ordering. Overall, I’d happily use them again.
