An absolutety fab company that really cares for their customers!!
Their products are of the best quality- something really special!! The customer service is top-notch! Responds straight away and really on hand to support!! A massive shout our to the lovely Danielle who went above and beyond to help with my order.

A yearly planner that lasts 4 months.

I bought my planner from Papier as I wanted to try something new. Before that, I used similar products from other brands.
While the hardback looks lovely, the pages are very thin and see-through. That's not the main issue though. I was beyond surprised when I realised it was over at the end of April. I did sense it was not how it should be halfway but probably wasn't ready to face it :))
I went back to see what it says on the website and it is "16-weekly view". Well, I wouldn't assume that 16 weeks is all you got in total.
I do not recommend it if you would like to actually use it. Looks nice on my desk though.

"Fantastic Service"
I have placed several orders of items for my upcoming wedding. Our invitations were beautiful and it was easy to add on all the matching extras such as information cards and RSVP cards. Alongside this, everything was incredibly reasonably priced. I then began creating our Order of Service and had some difficulty fitting things as I wanted them. I used the live chat to speak to someone who immediately responded, listened to exactly what I was saying and came up with a perfect solution for me, they couldn't have been more helpful! When it came to ordering the Order of Service booklets, I ordered and then realised an hour later that I had missed something off. I sent a WhatsApp message at 10 o clock at night expecting a response within a few working days but got an immediate response and resolution. As they had not yet gone to print, my order was cancelled and the full amount immediately refunded as credit on my account. I thought this was fantastic customer service. Following this, once I had ordered and received them correctly I was slightly unhappy with the print as it was not very easy to read. I thought this may be just due to the colour/font/size I had chosen so accepted that I would need to remake them and order more but first decider to email for advice. I received a next day response advising me that infact the print wasn't up to standard so they would be refunding the full amount as credit to my account once again, as well as advising that choosing a darker colour would also improve the look. I have been so please with the speed and quality of the customer service I have received, as well as the products and speed of their delivery. Will be highly recommending to others and definitely using Papier again.

"Exceeded my expectations!"
Exceeded my expectations!! I wanted the mid year planner in a color that was only available in the un-dated version and they some how created or found me the right one!! This will be my third order with them :)

"I accidentally ordered a welcome sign…"
I accidentally ordered a welcome sign with a typo on it. I emailed Papier to see if anything could be done about reordering at a reduced rate and was responded to within a couple of hours from Steph who dealt with the issue amazingly. She kindly gave me a full credit for the amount so I could reorder, even though it was personalised. So happy and impressed with this service, thanks so much Steph for your help!

"Beautiful designs & 5 star customer service!"
Beautiful designs and options. I've bought cards from them before but always tempted to buy the notebooks too. Will definitely use Papier for special occassions.

I also recently had a card turn up creased, which ruined the design. Upon contacting customer service I got an instant email response and Danielle was extremely quick to resolve the issue. Thanks Danielle!

"STAY CLEAR - poor quality, worse service"
Do not believe the quality of the cards on their website!

We ordered our wedding cards from them, a simply black and white picture on white paper. When they arrived, they were poorly printed, as if they used a £30 HP printer, on yellow ish recycled paper. The black wasn’t black as if they’d run out of ink.

"Good designs but hampered by cumbersome and rudimentary tools"

After my initial review and response I did reach out to Papier and Danielle provided a solution (lesson learnt, is to contact them even if the error is partly your fault rather than a print error). Hopefully third time lucky will be the case for our seating plan!

Pleased with the quality of the products received, however the design tools are quite basic and create significant opportunity for typos and errors.
For example - so far I’ve wasted £80 having to get an A1 table seating design reproduced because when it arrived I realised a group had been split across tables. If I could upload a CSV from the guest list spreadsheet I had setup, this would have prevented this issue. For wedding planning tools the RSVP facility usually provides mail merge fields which Papier are missing out on leveraging to reduce transposition errors.

The second time around for producing this table plan I had moved someone to another table - when it arrived I found the last character of the surname from the person above them in the list then was appended to the name of the moved guest. I appreciate this could have been previewed online, but when you are looking at 120 names on a very small screen it can get lost. I wasn’t prepared to pay another £80 to get this fixed, but I must say that when ordering from smaller businesses on Etsy they have undertaken a quick proof-check to make sure things are right. It’s a shame Papier don’t do any kind of obvious proof-check or at least have better design tools with a bulk import, especially for the price point charged.

"Bad quality Photo books"
I use to love Papier Photo books, I have printed several in the past but the quality of the print has since gone down incredibly. The paper has a really nice feel and texture but the print is bad. Pictures are slightly darker and not well defined as they used to be. Colours are flat.
The online product editor gets stuck several times, the customer team is really nice and responsive but once I had to completely redo a calendar that took me weeks to make.
I will be moving to another service even if I really love the Papier brand!

"Incredible products + incredible service"
I've ordered several personalized journals from Papier for myself and gifts, and I absolutely love them. The quality and options are excellent, and I just learned that its customer service is, too. I had an issue with my last order (the photo was incorrectly rotated and not what I proofed). Steph not only responded on a Sunday but expedited the corrected replacement, which I received on Thursday, just in time for my BFF's birthday. She's going to flip over it! The whole experience just solidified how much I love Papier and cannot recommend it enough! (Bonus: The journals smell AMAZING if that's a thing you're into, too!)

"Customer service team."
I cannot thank Ellen from the customer service team enough. I sent an issue off regarding a problem with my order and Ellen responded within an hour. She sorted the issue straight away and made sure she provided me with all the information I needed and continued to respond quickly and completely resolve this issue.

"Go elsewhere."
I have ordered in the past and was happy with the photo book, so this time I went back to order an extra special photo book for my mums birthday, this cost me £80 which is a huge amount of money, the book arrived today and I am disgusted with the quality. The paper is SO thin and the photos have all become grainy. The photos have been taken on either DSLR camera or a high quality iPhone camera, this is purely down to your service and nothing to do with the photo quality in the first place. I cannot believe the amount I have spent for the quality received. I may even consider reporting to trading standards. After reading other reviews it would appear I am not alone.

"Reordering Old Photo book Success"
I have ordered photobooks from Papier for several years and always been very pleased with the design software and finished result. We hit a problem when I tried to reorder an album a few years old as they said they couldn’t reprint as it was an old template. After some persuading they made it available for me to order again which I did and I am most grateful.

These photobooks take customers hours of time to create and select imagery. They are by their very nature sentimental and loaded with meaning.

"Not only are their products beautifully…"
Not only are their products beautifully made, Papier’s customer support is also terrific. I recently inquired to confirm the customization details of a shipped order and they responded within the hour confirming that it was exactly right. This was not my first order (and won’t be my last), but it was the first and only time I have reached out to customer service and I am very impressed.
